Tea Bowl – Cobalt Blue with Teadust Rim

A tea bowl in a rich Cobalt glaze dipped into a Teadust glaze that flows downwards from the rim. If you look carefully at the glaze on and below the rim, you can see flecks of gold (Magnesium Silicate) suspended in the glaze. The richness of the glaze and the comfort of drinking tea from a tea bowl turns an every day activity into a moment of contemplation. This unique tea bowl is made from a studio mix of clay, using the whitest kaolin to be found in the local area.  Perfect for a tea lover or ceramics enthusiast.
