A tea bowl in a black Nguni glaze with a gently undulating rim. This particular piece is a wonderful example of what Richard hopes to achieve. The wonderfully plastic nature of clay is evident in its rhythmic shape. The richness of the glaze and the comfort of drinking tea from a tea bowl turns an every day activity into a moment of contemplation. This unique tea bowl is made from a studio mix of clay, using the whitest kaolin to be found in the local area.  Perfect for a tea lover or ceramics enthusiast.
